Relpol S.A. - Relpol SA is the parent company at the head of the capital group. From 1993 to 2002 Relpol was within its own capital group of Polish and foreign companies, some of which operated in diverse market segments. In 2001 the new President introduced a new corporate stategy for Relpol SA, to concentrate on the core activities of production and sale of electromechanical components. It was decided to sell off peripheral enterprises outside the core business. Some heating and computer companies have since been sold.

Relpol Baltija - Its main activity is the assemby of relays as well as trading with electrotechnical components. The company is official distributor of Relpol’s products in Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Assembling of relays at Vava is No. 9001 certified.
